Raadhika married actor Sarathkumar on 4 February 2001. They were friends when they worked together in Kargil movie, they also paired in two films: Namma Annachi and Suryavamsam. The couple has a son named Rahhul born in 2004. she has a daughter named Rayanne Hardy born to her ex-husband Richard Hardy in 1992.[4][5][6][7][8] She has two stepdaughters (Varalaxmi (born 1985) and Pooja (born 1987)) , from Sarathkumar's first marriage was to Chaya. Cricketer Abhimanyu Mithun is her son-in-law.

Raadhikaa Sarathkumar is an Indian film and television actress, entrepreneur, and producer who works in the Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi and Kannada film industries. She is the founder and CP of the Radaan Mediaworks India Limited, which has produced serials such as Chitti, Annamalai, Selvi, Arasi, Chellamay, Vani Rani, Thamarai , Idi Katha Kadu (Telugu) and Chithi - 2.  In September 2019, she was awarded as "Nadigavel Selvi" during audio launch of Market Raja MBBS.[3] She has won 1 - National Film Awards(Producer) , 6 - Filmfare Awards Souths , 3 - Tamil Nadu State Film Awards and 1 - Nandi Awards.

Radhikaa has acted in over three hundred films in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada. She was a judge on Vijay TV's Jodi Number One Season 3. She has also produced a film titled Meendum Oru Kaadhal Kathai, which won the Indira Gandhi Award for Best Debut Film of a Director.

She made her cinematic debut in 1978 Tamil Movie Kizhakke Pogum Rail.

She was awarded Best Telugu Actress for Nyayam Kavali in 1981 , Best Tamil Actress for Dharma Devathai in 1986, for Neethikku Thandanai in 1987  and for Keladi Kanmani in 1990.
